The Role


This brand new role provides a unique opportunity to take ownership of the marketing landscape for the organisation.  You’ll have the authority to shape strategy as well as the buzz of implementing hands-on campaigns and initiatives which are designed to increase brand recognition and drive marketing qualified leads.

The role is stand-alone, therefore an all-round marketing superstar is required. The role may include social campaigns, regular social campaigns, partner marketing, account based marketing, website content creation, email campaigns, graphic design, PR, and videography. Whilst there is no defined marketing budget, the organisation is open to assigning budgets to accelerate execution and drive results.

Role Details



Your responsibilities will be varied as this is a new function within the organisation. You will be required to determine direction, strategy and execute on tasks and initiatives, including:

  • Establishing the marketing approach required for the business, working closely with the Founders and team.

  • Embedding the marketing approach in the company, leading activity across appropriate channels, including clients, prospects, lead generation and partners.

  • Produce content for a range of digital channels (typically social media, blogs, video, website and email).

  • Delivering marketing activity as required across other channels, for example (but not exclusively); events, PR and sales collateral.

  • Maintain and improve the customer database, engage in lead nurturing, autoresponders, drip campaigns and creating workflows.

  • Define success criteria and metrics and agree jointly with the Founders.

  • Perform ongoing analysis, tracking and reporting of all activity.

The Person


You’ll be an experienced marketer with an ability to self-motivate.  You’ll ideally have the following skills or experience;

  • Strategic Planning: Ability to craft and execute a B2B marketing strategy, within the consulting sector.

  • Content Management: Skilled in sourcing and editing content for various platforms.

  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis to inform marketing decisions.

  • Email Marketing: Experience with data-driven email campaigns.

  • SEO/SEM: Knowledge of search engine optimization and marketing.

  • Social Media: Proficient in LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

  • PR Savvy: Ability to identify and capitalize on public relations opportunities.

  • Self-Starter: Takes initiative without constant supervision.

  • Flexible: Adaptable to changing priorities or tasks.

  • Collaborative: Team player but can also lead.

  • Detail orientated: Have an exeptional eye for detail

  • Graphic Design: Canva, Adobe Stock, Flat Icon

  • CRM: Hubspot

  • Video Editing: Camtasia, SnagIt

  • Voiceovers: Voicebook

  • Socials: LinkedIn

  • Office Suite: MS365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive etc.
